GolfTripGenius.com
was founded on the idea that innovative yet easy-to-use software tools can make great golf trips even better. Mike Zisman built a small global team to transform this vision into reality. GolfTripGenius has broken new ground in delivering a web-based toolkit that offers great value to golf captains leading groups of anywhere from 4 to 24 golfers. Whether it’s 12 travelers off to Scotland, 16 to Scottsdale or 8 on an annual Myrtle Beach journey, we are the web site with the essential tools: a fast and flawless way of organizing your foursomes, help in designing and administering your tournaments, managing group expenses, giving you an easy way to build a trip book, providing messaging among players and offering an easy way to view all your trip logistics. We hope you give GolfTripGenius.com a look.
We think you’ll be glad you did.

Mike Zisman
Mike Zisman has a long career in building and managing successful businesses. In 1979, Mike founded Soft-Switch, the leading supplier of software and systems products to interconnect electronic mail systems. Soft-Switch was sold to Lotus Development Corp. in the early 1990’s, where Mike eventually became CEO. IBM acquired Lotus in 1995, and Mike went on to become a Vice President in the IBM Corporate Strategy Group, and served on the IBM Worldwide Management Council and the IBM Corporate Technology Council. Mike is an avid golfer (“avid” defined as someone who has spent the equivalent of Guatemala’s GDP on golf lessons) and is now directing his energy and experience toward building GolfTripGenius.com. Fortunately for the rest of the team, Mike is a lot better at entrepreneurship than he is at golf. Nevertheless, he has great passion for the game and the lifetime friendships it creates.
Mike earned a BS in chemical engineering from Lehigh University, a Masters in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Decision Sciences from the Wharton School at Penn. His long-standing interest in scheduling problems is the genesis of GolfTripGenius.com.
Mike is a Trustee at Lehigh University, an overseer of the Penn School of Engineering and Applied Science, a member of the Advisory Board of the College of Engineering at Lehigh University, Vice-Chairman of Main Line Health, and a former trustee of the University of Pennsylvania.
