1. Information Collection & Use.
In connection with your registration and use of the Web Site, you may provide certain personalized information to us, including, without limitation, your name, phone number, email address, details concerning golf trip schedules, and similar information concerning your participation in the applicable trip (“User Information”).
We may use this User Information to contact you about the products and services offered through the Web Site in which you have expressed an interest or in which we think you might have an interest. In addition, you can sign up to receive information about our products, services and promotions. If you do not want us to contact you, we give you the option to delete all of your User Information from the Web Site and deactivate your registration by notifying us at the email address listed below.
We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the information you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email.
As is true of most web sites, we gather and store certain information automatically. This information includes internet protocol (“IP”) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (“ISP”), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, and third party sources to create a “profile” of your preferences. We tie your User Information in the profile, in order to improve the content of the Web Site for you.
We do not share your profile with other third parties, other than our third party service providers solely for the purpose of providing services to us.
We use both session ID and persistent cookies on this Web Site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file. If you reject cookies, you may still browse the Web Site, but your ability to use some areas of the Web Site may be limited.
2. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable).
We share aggregated information about our user base with third parties, including, without limitation, our prospective business associates. This information does not identify individual users, does not link with User Information, and does not include any information from which the identity of particular persons may be ascertained.
We share the following User Information with third parties as set forth below:
All User Information with Trip-related Business Associates
– We share all of the User Information that you provide to us only with our business associates that are part of your planned trip. The trip-related business associates includes only your resort destination (if you are going to a resort and the resort is one of our business associates), a tour operator (if that entity created a trip on your behalf and the tour operator is one of our business associates), and/or a golf professional if he or she created a trip on your behalf.
Some User Information with All Business Associates
– We share your email address and name with all of our business associates, whether or not such business associates are part of your planned trip.
We will not provide any User Information about you to any entity that is not our business associate or a golf professional acting on your behalf, other than our third party service providers solely for the purpose of providing services to us. We do not share your credit card information or PayPal account information with any third parties other than those third parties who process payments on our behalf.
We reserve the right to disclose your User Information as required by law or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect person, property, or our rights and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on GTG and/or as permitted by applicable laws.
3. Access to Personally Identifiable Information.
If your User Information changes, or if you no longer desire to use our Web Site, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate your registration by contacting us by email at the email address listed below. We will not share your User Information once you have deactivated your registration, but we do not have control over the User Information shared with business associates or golf professionals prior to such deactivation.
The security of your User Information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the User Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your User Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
5. Business Transfer.
If GTG merges with or is acquired by another company or sells some or all of its assets, GTG has the right to transfer your User Information in connection with any such merger, acquisition, asset transfer or other similar business transfer without notice to you.

You can let us know at any time if you no longer wish to receive information from us, or if you would like your User Information to be deleted, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
