As soon as you specify the number of players and number of rounds, you can view the optimized pairings. If you want to replace “Player 1, Player 2, etc.” with the actual names of your guys, then simply enter the player names on your private GTG Trip Dashboard.

It only takes as long as it takes to key them in. Now, you have a custom Tee Sheet for your golf group. Want more? How about taking another minute or two and enter the courses you are playing and your tee times.

You’ll find many of the most popular courses already in our golf course database. If you don’t see yours, just send us an email (on the Support Tab) and we’ll get that course data loaded right up.

Now you’re ready to print your Tee Sheet.

It’s all there for you, including courses, tee times and the best possible pairings. If you take another minute to enter each player’s USGA Handicap Index, then we automatically display the relevant course handicaps next to each golfer’s name for every round.

If you want even more sophisticated scheduling – like controlling who plays together when, or who should not be playing with whom, then you’ll want to upgrade to our Advanced Pairings Edition. It offers an easy-to-use but very powerful “Drag and Drop” user interface to help you tweak your pairings exactly the way you want them. You can exchange player positions, change the order of foursomes, or swap around your players. As you make these changes, you can immediately see the impact a change has on the entire group in terms of who’s playing with whom and how many times they are now playing together.
