The GolfTripGenius.com Genius Edition is for golf trip leaders who have the experience and travel scars to know how time consuming, exacting, and frustrating it can be to organize a great golf trip. (It can also be tremendous fun, which is why most golf captains never retire).
Our Genius Edition builds on the Advanced Pairings Edition by adding on the GTG Tournament Engine, an incredibly powerful software module for scheduling and scoring all the competitions you want to play on your trip. Genius Edition also offers the GTG Trip Accountant, a great tool for tracking all the group trip expenses and fairly and accurately allocating them back to all the travelers. The GTG Trip Accountant has advanced features and calculates instantly.
The GTG Tournament Engine, like the GTG Scheduler, is pure high-octane science. The complexity is under the hood, so for the golf captain, it’s pretty much point and click. Choose any number of match play, single round events: Skins, Four Ball, Foursomes, Singles, Nassaus, etc. Or, configure your own Ryder Cup, which we define as any combination of four ball (best ball of partners), foursomes (alternate shot) and singles played by two or more teams over two or more rounds. For example, divide your group of 16 into four teams of 4. Play in Ryder Cup format for 3 of the rounds on your trip. And then, as you come off the course, order your cold beverage of choice, enter your scores with our super-fast scorecard entry app, and see the results in moments.
