| I have put together an annual golf trip for 8 guys each of the past 10 years. We play 6 rounds and I have always wanted to make sure everyone gets to play with everyone else as much as possible. Being able to communicate with everyone in the group with one e-mail and the fact that each person can enter their travel information helps in coordination.
